Specific Terms and Conditions for Jubilant January

  • These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the E-Remit Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). You should therefore read these Specific Terms in combination with the General Terms. Where any Specific Terms conflict with the General Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.
  • By entering any promotion, you agree that you will be legally bound by both these General Terms and the Specific Terms
  • The Promotion is open from 01 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Promotional Period’)
  • The Promotion is applicable only to customers transferring money to India, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Corridors”) via E-Remit during the Promotional Period. The only currencies must be INR, LKR, and PHP (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Currencies”)
  • Eligibility and Offer Details:
    5.1. The "Jubilant January" Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is available to new customers who register during the Promotion Period (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customers”).

    To qualify:

    1. Eligible Customers must register with E-Remit and use the promo code FREE3 for their first three transactions.
    2. The first, second, and third transactions must each be made to one of the Eligible Corridors and must use theEligible Currencies.
    3. Transactions made in currencies other than the Eligible Currencies will not qualify as the first, second, or third transaction under this Promotion.
    4. The promo code must be entered separately for each transaction to receive the fee-free benefit.
    5. This offer applies to the first three transactions made after registration, across the Eligible Corridors for the Promotion.
    6. The promo code will be expired automatically on January 31,2025, 23:59:59 PM.
    7. Eligible Customers do not include those who have previously benefited from referral offers.
  • By participating in the Promotion, you consent to E-Remit using your details to promote and market its services, in accordance with E-Remit’s Privacy Policy.
  • If a customer fails to comply with these General or Specific Terms or is found in breach of any Promotion rules, E-Remit reserves the right to disqualify the customer and revoke any benefits or offers provided under the Promotion.
  • The benefits of the Promotion, including fee-free transfers, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value. These fee waivers must be used for future transactions only.
  • The offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or offers.
  • E-Remit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple or false names, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates the terms of the Promotion. In such cases, E-Remit may require the return of any benefits or offers awarded.
  • E-Remit makes no representation or warranty regarding the benefits offered under this Promotion, including their suitability or fitness for purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Remit accepts no liability in relation to the Promotion or the use of the benefits provided.
  • E-Remit reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • The exchange rate volatility for certain corridors may affect E-Remit’s advertised rates, and customers acknowledge that such fluctuations may impact the transaction value.
